Dear Alvan:
You see! This picture depicts you and me when both of us were young. I gradually find out that I am not ugly at all. However, your mother used to make fun of the special features of my look. Flat nose, bamboo leg, tiny eyes, small ears, etc...I never really mind before.
It is not until I grew older later did I realize that I am a handsome man when I look natural and happy. Few days ago, your grandpa visited my Church. After we came home, your mother told me that one sister told her that grandpa was very handsome. Of course, he look old now in his eighty.
There has no people ever told me before that I am handsome except your grandma who insist that I am the most handsome man in the world.
Hope you enjoy the picture!
Dad
